Standing Committee Mandate: Considers heavenly policies, appoints leaders and manages the I AM REVOLUTION campaign. This includes but is not limited to IAM.ROBW.CA that acts as an overall objective for the entire government structure.

GOVERNOR GENERAL

Standing Committee Mandate: Manages the 2 Branches of Government (A) COUNCIL CHAMBERS & (A1) CABINET. Ensures to hold them accountable to the larger mandate.

CABINET

Standing Committee Mandate: Considers policies for implementation in Canada and plans SENATE.

SENATE

Standing Committee Mandate: Provides CABINET policies with a second look and acts as an advisory role.

GENERAL PUBLIC

Standing Committee Mandate: Challenges policies and provides considerations to CABINET.

COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Standing Committee Mandate: Plans CONFERENCE and is the Chamber of Confidence for CABINET.

CAUCUS

Standing Committee Mandate: Considers heavenly policies, appoints leaders and manages the I AM REVOLUTION campaign. This includes but is not limited to IAM.ROBW.CA that acts as an overall objective for the entire government structure.

Job Description: This is the executive team that oversees everything in the Government Structure and ensures that meetings run smoothly. Together, the executive directors, management, and leadership team make sure that all things pertaining to this Government Convention, operate effectively. This leadership board is ultimately responsible for each Standing Committee within the Government Structure. This is the executive team that oversees everything in the Government Structure and ensures that meetings run smoothly. 
 

Special Instructions: CAUCUS is a Standing Committee within this Government System. CAUCUS launches Special Committees for special tasks. CAUCUS is THE KINGDOM OF OUR LORD [“THE KINGDOM OF OUR LORD” is our PLATFORM PARTY]. CAUCUS ensures each policy decision is founded in the Holy Bible by the letter. All policy decisions are in the context of this Government Convention. CAUCUS is a Legislative Committee (as COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CABINET & GENERAL PUBLIC). CAUCUS is responsible for vetting and appointing political and spiritual leaders to occupy each Standing Committee within this Government Structure: GOVERNOR GENERAL, COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CABINET, SENATE, GENERAL PUBLIC, & CONFERENCE. CAUCUS is the secretariat for all Standing Committee’s and 2 members from CAUCUS sit on each Standing Committee meeting as ex-officio members: these 2 members are The Chair & The Co-Chair from CAUCUS. This includes Committee Meetings On A Whole when GOVERNOR GENERAL & CONFERENCE meet. CAUCUS is overall responsible for sharing how the Committee Structure works and managing: The Chair, The Co-Chair, The Secretary & The Treasurer function, which includes the flow of the Meeting Agenda and the Decision Making process: all decisions in Standing Committees (including Special Committees, Legislative Committees, Committee Meetings on a Whole, & Joint Committees) must be based on and guided by the larger mandate, the Standing Committee mandate, the Job Description, the Special Instructions and the 5 A’s: Asset-stake, Acquire-knowledge, Attach-impact, Authority-are you in a position to make a decision? and Administrate-are you willing to carry out the administration? [of the matter, or of the Standing Committee matter or of the larger mandate matter]. CAUCUS also meets up within the Government Structure Joint Committee by request on an agreed upon schedule for key discussions related to this Government Convention: This membership is made up of 12 members which are two members of CAUCUS (one member of CAUCUS serves as The Chair and a member of CAUCUS serves as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CAUCUS), one Clerk (a General Secretary for all members on this Joint Committee), one Analyst (the Researcher), four members of CABINET (one CABINET member of the four CABINET members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CABINET) and four members of GENERAL PUBLIC (one GENERAL PUBLIC member of the four GENERAL PUBLIC members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for GENERAL PUBLIC). CAUCUS documents each meeting. CAUCUS meets bi-monthly in January, March, May, July, September & November.

Larger Mandate: Operate like a Government. 

GOVERNOR GENERAL

Standing Committee Mandate: Manages the 2 Branches of Government (A) COUNCIL CHAMBERS & (A1) CABINET. Ensures to hold them accountable to the larger mandate.

 

Job Description: This is the governing body that ensures the two priority branches of governance stay true to the larger mandate to operate like a government. As a management Standing Committee, the Governor General upholds the larger mandate by receiving support from Caucus and Senate. This governing body is ultimately accountable to Caucus. This is the governing body that ensures the two priority branches of governance stay true to the larger mandate to operate like a government. 

Special Instructions: GOVERNOR GENERAL is a Standing Committee within this Government System. GOVERNOR GENERAL launches Special Committees for special tasks. GOVERNOR GENERAL main priority is to summon (4) members from COUNCIL CHAMBERS and (4) members from CABINET three times a year to maintain the larger mandate OPERATE LIKE A GOVERNMENT. GOVERNOR GENERAL holds three meetings per year (April, August and December). GOVERNOR GENERAL is also considered one of the Committee Meetings On A Whole. GOVERNOR GENERAL together with CAUCUS, COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CABINET & SENATE hold to the larger mandate: OPERATE LIKE A GOVERNMENT. (4) members from COUNCIL CHAMBERS & (4) members from CABINET make up the Committee Structure of their own Standing Committee: The Chair, The Co-Chair, The Secretary & The Treasurer. GOVERNOR GENERAL is supported by and met with (2) members of CAUCUS (The Chair & The Co-Chair) & (1) member from SENATE to make up a membership of 12 for the GOVERNOR GENERAL Standing Committee.

CABINET

Standing Committee Mandate: Considers policies for implementation in Canada and plans SENATE.

 

Job Description: This government branch forms policies, plans Senate and works closely with other governing bodies in the Government Structure for sound judgement. The Cabinet specifically works closely with Council Chambers, Senate, & General Public. Cabinet takes suggestions from each of these Standing Committees [in a Government Structure Joint Committee meeting] and with discretion, implement them into policy as fit, to see that it happens. This government branch forms policies, plans Senate and works closely with other governing bodies in the Government Structure for sound judgement. 

Special Instructions: CABINET is a Standing Committee within this Government System. CABINET launches Special Committees for special tasks. CABINET develops new policies to be implemented in Parliament of Canada through the House of Commons. As the political office, CABINET has a national scope. CABINET policies are also considered for all levels of government in Canada (federal, provincial and municipal). CABINET is responsible for planning SENATE once per year in May. CABINET must engage members of SENATE to get a second look on developed policies. CABINET is held accountable by COUNCIL CHAMBERS to ensure that all policy decisions are founded in the Holy Bible by the letter. All policy decisions are in the context of this Government Convention. CABINET is a Legislative Committee (as CAUCUS, COUNCIL CHAMBERS & GENERAL PUBLIC). CABINET meets four times a year (March, June, September, December) and five times per cycle (March, June, September, December, March). (4) members from CABINET will be selected to sit on the GOVERNOR GENERAL Standing Committee three times a year (April, August, and December) to keep true to the larger mandate OPERATE LIKE A GOVERNMENT. The (4) members from CABINET who sit on the GOVERNOR GENERAL Standing Committee will meet in total seven times a year (March, April, June, August, September, December-December) and in total eight times per cycle (March, April, June, August, September, December-December, March). These (4) members typically make up the Standing Committee Structure: The Chair, The Co-Chair, The Secretary & The Treasurer. CABINET also meets up within the Government Structure Joint Committee by request on an agreed upon schedule for key discussions related to this Government Convention: This membership is made up of 12 members which are two members of CAUCUS (one member of CAUCUS serves as The Chair and a member of CAUCUS serves as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CAUCUS), one Clerk (a General Secretary for all members on this Joint Committee), one Analyst (the Researcher), four members of CABINET (one CABINET member of the four CABINET members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CABINET) and four members of GENERAL PUBLIC (one GENERAL PUBLIC member of the four GENERAL PUBLIC members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for GENERAL PUBLIC). CABINET is the wheelhouse in charge of SUB-COMMITTEES for SPEAKERS U, TEACHERS U & CHILD CARE: BUSINESSES & MINISTRIES as orbits within this Government Structure: CAUCUS, GOVERNOR GENERAL, COUNCIL CHAMBERS, SENATE, GENERAL PUBLIC & CONFERENCE. CABINET must engage with nominated members of GENERAL PUBLIC for a chance to challenge CABINET policies and be provided with considerations. CABINET can make amendments as CABINET see’s fit for its overall Government Agenda.

Standing Committee Mandate: Provides CABINET policies with a second look and acts as an advisory role.

 

Job Description: This is the advisory board that ensures Cabinet policies and proposals meet the standard of God’s Government while serving the Canadian context. Senate makes sure Cabinet policies and proposals are legal. And they get this advice from a legal team. This is the advisory board that ensures Cabinet policies and proposals meet the standard of God’s Government while serving the Canadian context.

Special Instructions: SENATE is a Standing Committee within this Government System. SENATE launches Special Committees for special tasks. SENATE provides CABINET policies with a second look and provides advice to either enhance, correct or dismantle policy development. SENATE happens once a year in May. SENATE is made up of 12 members selected by CAUCUS. One member from SENATE will sit on the GOVERNOR GENERAL Standing Committee three times a year (April, August and December). SENATE meets up within the Government Structure Joint Committee by request on an agreed upon schedule for key discussions related to this Government Convention: This membership is made up of 12 members which are two members of CAUCUS (one member of CAUCUS serves as The Chair and a member of CAUCUS serves as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CAUCUS), one Clerk (a General Secretary for all members on this Joint Committee), one Analyst (the Researcher), four members of CABINET (one CABINET member of the four CABINET members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CABINET) and four members of SENATE (one SENATE member of the four SENATE members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for SENATE).

GENERAL PUBLIC

 

Standing Committee Mandate: Challenges policies and provides considerations to CABINET.

 

Job Description: This is the electoral body nominated to challenge Cabinet policies and proposals and makes known new policy ideas as consideration. This group is made up of volunteers and speaks up on behalf of the general public to suggest changes. They bring in fresh ideas that they think would benefit people and are not officially tied to leadership, but their input is valuable to this entire Government Convention. This is the electoral body nominated to challenge Cabinet policies and proposals and makes known new policy ideas as consideration. 

Special Instructions: GENERAL PUBLIC is a Standing Committee within this Government System. GENERAL PUBLIC launches Special Committees for special tasks. GENERAL PUBLIC is a membership of 12 nominees who are nominated for a 1 year election cycle. GENERAL PUBLIC will be presented with CABINET policies with a chance to challenge, debate and give considerations for policy development. GENERAL PUBLIC is our end customer who submit topics to be discussed through a suggestion box. GENERAL PUBLIC is encouraged to propose new policy considerations that are aligned with CABINET’S Government Agenda. GENERAL PUBLIC is a Legislative Committee (as CAUCUS, COUNCIL CHAMBERS & CABINET). Appointed by CAUCUS, GENERAL PUBLIC meets four times a year (March, June, September, December) and five times per cycle (March, June, September, December, March). GENERAL PUBLIC meets up within the Government Structure Joint Committee by request on an agreed upon schedule for key discussions related to this Government Convention: This membership is made up of 12 members which are two members of CAUCUS (one member of CAUCUS serves as The Chair and a member of CAUCUS serves as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CAUCUS), one Clerk (a General Secretary for all members on this Joint Committee), one Analyst (the Researcher), four members of CABINET (one CABINET member of the four CABINET members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CABINET) and four members of GENERAL PUBLIC (one GENERAL PUBLIC member of the four GENERAL PUBLIC members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for GENERAL PUBLIC).

COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Standing Committee Mandate: Plans CONFERENCE and is the Chamber of Confidence for CABINET.

 

Job Description: This government branch is the spiritual arm to Cabinet policies and proposals that provides counsel derived from the Holy Bible and plans the Conference. They work closely with the Conference Standing Committee to select speakers, ensuring all sermon messages align with the message of the Kingdom – God’s Government on earth as it is in heaven. This government branch is the spiritual arm to Cabinet policies and proposals that provides counsel derived from the Holy Bible and plans the Conference.

Special Instructions: COUNCIL CHAMBERS is a Standing Committee within this Government System. COUNCIL CHAMBERS launches Special Committees for special tasks. COUNCIL CHAMBERS is responsible for planning the GOD SAID YES Annual Conference. The priority of the COUNCIL CHAMBERS is to plan the Conference once per year in June. The Conference will teach how GOD’S GOVERNMENT works. As the spiritual office, COUNCIL CHAMBERS hold the CABINET’S policies accountable to the Holy Bible and ensure that policies are founded in Scripture by the letter. All policy decisions are in the context of this Government Convention. COUNCIL CHAMBERS is a Legislative Committee (as CAUCUS, CABINET & GENERAL PUBLIC). COUNCIL CHAMBERS also meets up within the Government Structure Joint Committee by request on an agreed upon schedule for key discussions related to this Government Convention: This membership is made up of 12 members which are two members of CAUCUS (one member of CAUCUS serves as The Chair and a member of CAUCUS serves as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CAUCUS), one Clerk (a General Secretary for all members on this Joint Committee), one Analyst (the Researcher), four members of CABINET (one CABINET member of the four CABINET members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for CABINET) and four members of COUNCIL CHAMBERS (one COUNCIL CHAMBERS member of the four COUNCIL CHAMBERS members will serve as the Verification Officer, a Secretary for COUNCIL CHAMBERS). COUNCIL CHAMBERS meet four times a year (March, June, September, December) and five times per cycle (March, June, September, December, March). (4) members from COUNCIL CHAMBERS will be selected to sit on the GOVERNOR GENERAL Standing Committee three times a year (April, August, and December) to keep true to the larger mandate OPERATE LIKE A GOVERNMENT. The (4) members from COUNCIL CHAMBERS who sit on the GOVERNOR GENERAL Standing Committee will meet in total seven times a year (March, April, June, August, September, December-December) and in total eight times per cycle (March, April, June, August, September, December-December, March). These (4) members typically make up the Standing Committee Structure: The Chair, The Co-Chair, The Secretary & The Treasurer. The Elected Chair of COUNCIL CHAMBERS is Head of the Whole Operation (which includes CABINET, SENATE, GENERAL PUBLIC & CONFERENCE) within this Government Convention but remains accountable to the GOVERNOR GENERAL and governed under and by the CAUCUS Standing Committee.

COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Larger Mandate: Operate like a Government. 

CONFERENCE

Standing Committee Mandate: Teach the Church how God’s Government works.

 

Job Description: This group is responsible for teaching the Administration of God’s Government through sermons. So that all who may hear and all who may see may hold to the larger mandate to operate like a government. They work very closely with Council Chambers to secure the right speakers for the Conference. They essentially handle the entire planning and organization of the Conference which includes but not limited to appointing leaders and panels, choosing event teams, prayer council, ushers, handling all technical aspects, for sound and engineer teams. This group is ultimately responsible for all that is required and needed to run a smooth and successful event, making sure the Conference runs well and is successful. This group is responsible for teaching the Administration of God’s Government through sermons. 

Special Instructions: CONFERENCE is a Standing Committee within this Government System. CONFERENCE launches Special Committees for special tasks. The Conference happens once a year in June. The Conference will teach how GOD’S GOVERNMENT works. The Conference is also considered as one of the Committee Meetings On A Whole within this Government Convention. The objective is for participants to learn that they are a part of a spiritual Government just like they are a part of a natural Government here in Canada. And must leave with this image in mind. The outcome is for participants to perceive (see) the kingdom clearly as a Government and to understand (hear) the kingdom clearly as a Government and to know (by faith) that Christ is reigning as King now and that they are a king now under His rule sent (and commissioned) to colonize earth with heaven’s Government. All sermons must align with this message. If the message is no longer about God’s Government and this teaching of a clear picture of the Church seeing and understanding THE KINGDOM as GOD’S GOVERNMENT then this Conference should be suspended and ONLY resumed with this one objective. The larger mandate is to OPERATE LIKE A GOVERNMENT. The Conference should give a clear picture of Government to all hearers. The name of the Conference is GOD SAID YES.
